I have been on and off oral and topical medication for years now, where my sebhoerric dermatitis and acne would clear up when I was taking a course of oral medications and it would come back, often worse than before, when the course ended. After doing this cycle for many years, I was getting fed up and decided to take matters into my own hands. I found F.C.s blog post and so found Malezia and decided to try this regime while overhauling my makeup and skincare to replace with things that are dermatitis friendly. I was skeptical that it would work, but it has cleared my acne and basically cleared by sebhoerric dermatitis. The moisturiser is AMAZING, it makes my skin feel so hydrated and the acne treatment gel works incredibly well, without being so strong that it bleaches my sheets or clothes. I could not recommend these products enough for anyone with sebhoerric dermatitis. I felt hopeless about my skin and that doctor’s couldn’t help me, but this has cleared my skin so much more than I could have dreamed. The entire texture of my skin has improved drastically, and after using this regime every day for around six months I only have one patch of dermatitis on my forehead and the rest of my face is dermatitis/acne clear. I have been using the Malezia core-regimen routine, including the benzoyl peroxide gel, since February. I had a very deep breakout at the base of my neck and a spot on my upper chest, plus some less problematic ones. I've had consistent improvement and have made great progress. The spots are really just discolored skin now; they don't hurt at all. I don't have to use as much now, but keep it handy. I trust the Malezia brand to be pure. They have done their research.

Started out with mild lifelong regular acne, recent antibiotic induced fungal acne, and a patch of broken skin barrier (dermatitis? Eczema? Who knows) that I had been trying to repair for months using gentle cleanser, standard moisturizers, and hydrocortisone creams on the dermatitis. I think the dermatitis originally started when I tried using too many aha's and bha's to get rid of the acne.
Anyhow, with the fungal acne, I read up and realized I had to stop using usual products. It made the fa stop spreading, but my skin was super dry, esp with antifungal topic treatments.
Malezia cleanser and moisturizer reduced my inflammation and redness and dryness in about 4 hours after first use.
Did not lead to new/spreading breakouts of FA!

Since the moisturizer isn't rich enough for dermatitis, I'm using squalane and CeraVe healing ointment on that part of my skin, and that's now finally improving too. For the rest of my face and areas where I had FA, I'm using the Malezia moisturizer and getting good results. Skin is happy, FA is getting less and less.
I've tried the bp cream for short periods of time once or twice, but my own skin is very sensitive+reactive to it (I get eczema easily), so I've decided to set that aside for now and just focus on repairing skin barrier and getting to equilibrium. Then I might experiment with it again to see if it reduces FA and regular acne.

I love this product, not only for fungal acne breakouts but also regular acne! Just have to be careful not to use too much or too often. I use it every other day, alternating with the BHA PHA solution. I love using both products because I find that my breakouts clear faster and red acne marks disappear waayyy faster! Been using for a few years now and will continue!
