Core Regimen (Bundle)

After having clear skin for most of my life, I suddenly started dealing with painful cystic acne on my chin and neck right around my 40th birthday. It was shocking and incredibly discouraging. I tried everything for over a year, and nothing helped.
I finally discovered Malezia through a Reddit thread while yet again researching ways to clear my skin. I honestly didn’t expect much at that point but after about a month of consistent use, my skin is completely clear again.
When I say this brand was a lifesaver, I truly mean it. The sudden acne caused so much anxiety and even depression from constantly trying new products with no results. Malezia was the only thing that worked.
I’m a forever customer, without question. On top of amazing results, their customer service is absolutely top-notch. I can’t recommend this brand enough.

I first discovered Malezia in 2023 and have read much of the Simple Skincase Science blog. In May 2023, I made my first purchase of the Acne Treatment Gel and 5% Urea Moisturizer. I have suffered from acne mainly on my chin for most of my adult life and nothing ever seemed to work long-term (and I've tried so many different products, methods, etc.). I honestly figured I had nothing to lose at that point. I've always been sensitive to benzoyl peroxide, so I barely used it in the past. After I received my order, I followed the guide for using the Acne Treatment Gel and started with 5 minutes per day of short contact therapy. Every two weeks or so, I would increase the time I would leave on the gel (8 min, 10 min, 12 min, 15 min). After that, I began using it over the moisturizer every few nights, then gradually increased until I was also able to add it over moisturizer in the mornings too. It took 3-4 months before I was able to use the gel twice daily without irritation after cleansing and before moisturizer. I will say that I never experienced irritation with this product, but I wanted to increase my use slowly so that wouldn't happen and it worked. For skincare (except sunscreen), I make sure that none of the products I use on my chin contain ingredients that exacerbate malassezia, but I'm not as careful with makeup. Since starting these products, my skin has never been clearer and I could not be happier. I waited a long time to write this review to be sure I still feel the same way and I do, even almost 3 years later. My advice is to be patient and give these products time to work and don't use anything unsafe (see blog for reference). I recently purchased the Azelaic Acid (along with restocking the moisturizer and gel) and have started incorportating it into my routine. I can't wait to see the benefits since I know I can trust this brand.

I will also add a side benefit that I experienced since learning more about malassezia. For the past 10 years, I hae suffered from itchy, scaly patches on my scalp, mostly along the hairline. I recently made the connection that it could be malessezia related and started using only hair products that don't exacerbate it (after re-reviewing the blog section containing safe hair products). After the first wash, I was shocked. After the next few, I was convinced. I started using safe hair products in early December 2025 and my scalp irritation is basically non-existent now.

I am so happy I found the blog and this brand. Thank you to f.c. and his team for all your efforts and for giving so many of us the confidence we struggled with for years (IYKYK). I will forever be a loyal customer!

I’ve been using all three products of the core regimen for over a year now, it completely cleared my skin from fungal acne, and along with the mct oil it has repaired my skin barrier which was unexpected! It’s so good! I literally never venture out looking for other products, besides sunscreen, whereas before I used to spend soo much money on skincare trying to find the right products. Like I said I’ll never use us anything else!

I didn’t have terribly bad skin before, but I did have dry patches around my nose and mouth as well as redness and the occasional breakout. Switching to the core regimen has been amazing for my skin.

My skin has always been relatively clear, only breaking out around my period. But in September/October 2025, I had the worst breakout I've ever experienced. I had all these little bumps/texture and big cysts all over my cheeks/jaw. Treating it like normal acne only seemed to make it worse & more inflamed. I could not put anything on my face without it burning & stinging.
Then, I did some research, diagnosed myself with fungal acne, and found (my savior) Malezia. The day my package arrived I was so excited, after using the products ONCE, the inflammation on my face had calmed almost completely, my face didn't burn or hurt constantly throughout the day, and I strictly followed the regimen routine. I will say - I did purge a lot with the Benzoyl Peroxide, however the acne I got with the purging did not burn like it did previously. After about a month/a month and a half - the purging and acne had stopped.
Now, my acne is completely cleared, I just have tons of scarring all over my cheeks. The texture is gone, and I don't even break out around my period anymore. I cannot recommend this brand enough, it has changed my life. Thank you Malezia!! :)

Love all these products individually so very happy to have them as a bundle. I won’t use anything else on my skin now- only Malezia products can help with fungal acne and my combination skin. Very grateful to have the fungal acne on my face under control now for over 1 year!

My kids don’t want to share photos and to be fair, it’s been years since they have any before to show, but I first found malezia doing a deep dive into how to heal fungal acne for my daughter. She was about to start a new school and said she thought she had tried everything but she hadn’t! She started a few weeks before school started and it kicked in just in time! As a result, she started off on the right foot and literally everything changed for her - her confidence sky rocketed and then so did her personality. She was just just 15 then, she is now 19 and it is still part of her morning and evening ritual. She ran out a couple months back and her skin did start to deteriorate which does upset me that she still needs to use it, but until she is in a place in her life that she is will to do the dietary work to heal from the inside, malezia is a magic pill option. My son also uses it for occasional hormonal break outs so not the fungal acne and he loves it and is grateful too .

I’ve been using the Malezia regimen for about two weeks now, and I wanted to share my experience.
Recently, I went back to dental hygiene school, and with the stress of school, kids, and a busy schedule, I suddenly broke out on my forehead and chin. This was very unusual for me. I’ve never had pimples on my forehead before—only occasional breakouts on my jawline or chin around PMS.
Because of my schedule, I couldn’t visit a dermatologist, so I started researching on my own. I read extensively on Reddit about stubborn acne that doesn’t respond to typical treatments. Before this breakout, my skincare routine was simple and worked well for me: I used Clarins serum and cream, and occasionally tretinoin. My skin was always clear until one morning when I woke up with multiple red, bumpy pimples all over my forehead. Within 3–4 days, my face was completely covered.
I decided to try antifungal creams, and within just one week I noticed the bumps starting to fade. I continued using the antifungal treatment for a total of two weeks. Since my skin responded so well, I felt confident that this was fungal acne.
At that point, I knew I needed to completely change my skincare routine and switch to products that are fungal-acne safe. That’s when I found Malezia. I stopped using antifungal creams and started the Malezia regimen. After two weeks, my skin is completely clear. Malezia even cleared the few leftover bumps that remained after the antifungal treatment.

I love everything this company makes, this kit is perfect to get introduced to malezia products and help your skin. My skin is EXTREMELY picky and malezia is the only brand I have rebought products from and will continue to do so! I started with this kit and recommend it to anyone, even those without acne can benefit from these products! I have oily skin and acne prone, I get fungal acne very easy and never knew what it was until I found malezia. These products are my holy grail and very reasonably priced. I love it! Highly recommended! Note: the moisturizer does great under makeup, I use it as a primer and moisturizer!
