Shipping policy
DOMESTIC
We offer $7 flat rate and $15 expedited (2 day express) shipping on all U.S. orders. Subscription orders over $20 get free shipping. Orders ship out within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
By default, all orders are automatically insured via Corso. This insurance covers:
- Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive and there has been no delivery scan for more than 48 hours.

Carrier Delays:
- Economic shipping: If the last carrier scan was 5+ days ago.
- Priority shipping: If the last carrier scan was 3+ days ago.
- No Tracking Updates: If there are no tracking updates for 15 days.
- Incorrect Address: If the incorrect address was input.
- Shipping Damage: Any damage that could possibly be from shipping is covered.
Opting Out of Insurance: If a customer chooses to toggle off the insurance at checkout, the only issue we cover are manufacturing defects or incorrect items sent. As a courtesy, we offer replacements or refunds for first-time customers, even if shipping insurance was not purchased.

INTERNATIONAL
We offer $15 flat rate international shipping to most countries. Subscription orders over $30 get a discounted $10 shipping rate. Orders ship out within 24 hours Monday through Friday.

- Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive and there has been no delivery scan for more than 48 hours.
- Carrier Delays: If the last carrier scan was 5+ days ago.
- No Tracking Updates: If there are no tracking updates for 20 days.
- Incorrect Address: If the incorrect address was input.
- Shipping Damage: Any damage that could possibly be from shipping is covered.

On average orders take 2 weeks to arrive to most international locations. However, in rare instances, transit time can take up to 45 days.
Unfortunately, we have no control over custom fees, paying duties, local taxes, or packages being withheld. This is the recipient’s sole responsibility.
Should there be issues with your package, you can contact your local Customs Department with any questions or concerns regarding the release of your order. For this reason, we strongly encourage putting a phone number in the checkout section when ordering.
