Core Regimen (Bundle)

Has worked great in reducing my acne. It doesn't burn my skin like other benzoyl peroxide products do. I only use it as part of my night routine as my acne is very minimal now (thanks to Malezia products) but when I first started I did exposure therapy for minimum 15 minutes in the morning. Love it, but my biggest issue with it is the cap. The cap keeps cracking in half and then the product begins to dry out and deteriorate the gel's effectiveness. This didn't happen when I first started using this product but has been and ongoing issue for a year and a half now. Not sure if they changed how they make the packaging or what. Hopefully they fix this issue as costumers are paying a good amount of money for these products and end up losing product amount as well as effectiveness.

I highly recommend the Core Regimen. When I first started using it, my skin only improved a little. I later realized that I wasn't using the products properly. You have to strictly follow the routine and apply everything properly. My skin was in amazing condition after about 10 weeks of consistent use of the core regimen. I recommend you look at the info malezia provides concerning the routine and how to practice it but also visit the creator's blog about fungal acne which is where I first found out about this skin care brand when I was looking for a solution for my acne problem. I had tried other products before this and even searched for solution's from influencers but none of them worked as much as I would like them to. This skin care brand is the only one that has truly worked for me and has continued to maintain my skin in conditions I am satisfied with. Although prices are high, I think it's worth it, they provided a solution no other products were able to provide me with.

I've struggled with finding something that actually cleans my skin yet allows me to keep a healthy skin barrier. This wash saved my skin. Most cleansers that were gentle enough on my skin didn't actually clean, but this cleanser does both. Leaves my skin feeling so fresh without stripping it. I'm not paid to say this, I just genuinely want to help someone who might be struggling like I was! This is now the only cleanser I use!

I was struggling with my skin. I had never experienced acne like this as an adult
and was really discouraged and depressed as my skin was not improving with everything i tried. I tried cutting out dairy (helped a LITTLE but not enough), cutting out caffeine (good for my mental health but no difference in skin), the dermatologist told me it’s all hormonal, the facials only made it MUCH worse. and then reddit lead me here.

I started using Malezia core regimen May 30th, 2026 and today August 7th, my skin is sooo much better. Like, I don’t feel actively embarrassed about my skin anymore! Of course it’s not PERFECT and some hormonal blemishes arise, but nothing like what I was dealing with before.

I did use a few other fungal safe products later in the process (after the recommended strict period) - a salicylic acid and gentle retinol for help with the scarring but I think the Malezia is the main reason for the clear up.

I was skeptical but this line is really worth the try. DO NOT HESITATE TO TRY IT. Consistency and patience and it will get better!

I wanted to wait to leave a review of my journey with this skincare line but I feel like there is somebody out there who has been debating whether they should try it or not. Maybe this review can help you make the decision to just try it out. I have struggled with acne for so many years. I always thought to myself, “oh next month will be better. Maybe if I try this new product. Maybe if I cut gluten and dairy. Maybe if I go on birth control. Maybe if I go off birth control. Maybe it’s the water i’m drinking and showering with.” I’ve been to the derm and they suggested accutane and it’s just not something i’m comfortable with. I’ve been through so many feelings, dealing with my skin. I’ve had days where I didn’t want to leave my house to hangout with close friends. I’ve recorded so many videos and looking back at them, my heart genuinely hurts for the confident girl in me that I know is there. Most people don’t understand how the appearance of skin can seriously alter your entire mindset, which affects everything. I was surfing the internet when I came across the Urea moisturizer. The AI mode on google suggested it when I was explaining which products tend to break me out. I have never been able to find a moisturizer that didn’t break me out. Through the years of acne, I have had many different routines and eventually I found out that even face wash was breaking me out. I’ve tried everything I swear. And it’s so frustrating to have so many trial and errors. My skin was in a very reactive state when I came across Malezia. It was itchy and red and new bumps were popping up every day. I genuinely didn’t want to even buy from Malezia, i’m not going to lie. There is something so defeating about purchasing skincare just to find out it doesn’t work. It’s been so many years and painful moments that doing nothing almost sounds like the only option. I know most people won’t understand that feeling, but it’s real. I caved and bought the core bundle because I read so many amazing reviews and the description to the products seemed relatable to my skin issues. Even though I was reading amazing reviews, it didn’t necessarily sell me on the products because I genuinely feel like what works for everybody else never works for me when it comes to solving my skin. My bundle arrived pretty quick and of course I started using it right away. I have been making sure to use it exactly the way the Malezia website recommends. I have had reactive skin to Benzoyl Peroxide in the past so I have been following their advice on doing the core bundle routine with contact therapy only. I have had it in my head to write a review for the last couple days but kept telling myself to wait until week 4, just to see how things truly go. It’s been about 10 days since using the core bundle exactly how Malezia recommends and I have seen such an amazing change in my skin it actually makes me emotional. It has genuinely been so long since I felt confident. All these years of having acne especially the last 2 years, I have always tried to fake happy because I thought that if I could manifest confidence, that I could help my perception. While that did help me to stop caring what my skin looked like, it never actually made me feel good about myself. For the first time in so long just within these 10 days of using the core bundle, I have looked in the mirror and genuinely felt feelings of confidence. I really hope this product never stops existing because if it does, I won’t know what to use and my skin will go back to its reactive state. I’m going to add a couple pictures but I would also like to come back and leave a review at a later time when I’ve actually been using the product for at least a month. 10 days has done more for my confidence than anything and I can’t imagine what my skin will actually look like in time to come. Thank you Malezia. Pleaseee never go out of business because now I know the reviews I was reading before I decided to buy the bundle are so true, so many people literally need this line. I wish derms knew about it and I wish more brands were able to have this affect on my skin. It’s sorta nervy thinking about the process I would have to keep going through to find what works for me, if this one stopped making its products. I know if you are reading this review and were going through what I was going through to find something that works, you are probably thinking my experience is boof and won’t do the same for you. The least you could do is try it. I’m so glad I did. and maybe it can finally be the end of your endless searching for something that works and makes you feel better about your skin. I live in Greece, I have combination to oily skin, persistent acne since 6 years. I've been using prescription actives (retinoids, BP but not micronized, other otc products, diet, Lights, never Accutane, but always the same results- break outs, cystic flares, PIE, rough texture. I don't know if my acne is fungal, most of the dermatologists have no idea of it, even though studies on PMC suggest about a 28% chance of coexistence with acne issues.

Looking for a solution to my persistent acne, I read about f.c. and the Malezia products and thought I would give it a try. I wish I had taken a before and after photo but to be honest I didn't expect such spectacular results after so many years of trying. I religiously followed the exact steps given by Sergio and the step by step protocol outlined by Core Regimen Guide for 4 weeks. The progress? Acne subsided by 90%, PIE faded by 100%, texture improved by 90%. All these in just 4 weeks with only 3 products.

What I conclude is that the label "non comedogenic" is not enough for acne products. We buy expensive and many such products which, however, are not F.A. safe, with the result that we destroy our skin, and feed 28% of any fungus and of course we do not see results. And therein lies the big difference in the 100% F.A. safe Malezia products. Apart from being F.A. safe, they also have another level of quality. The HA cleanser? Maintains the pH balance, cleans, hydrates. The BP? Micronized!! Cured my acne, the clogged pores, the texture within just a few days. I used it every day without irritation, dryness or peeling caused by traditional BP's. The Urea? Keeps skin moist without looking greasy and doesn't breaks me out.

This is my experience with the Core Regimen. Now that I have completed 4 weeks of use, I can't wait to incorporate the Azelaic Cream and even more so the BHA PHA serum. I am so excited about the results of this routine, I want to look at my face in the mirror and I wanted to share it with you. I can't imagine how much better this journey will be.

This product has been life changing for my skin! Back in 2024, I ended up with not 1 but 3 skin conditions! - rosacea, perioral dermatitis and Seb derm. After having beautiful skin my entire life, this was devastating. At first I did my own research and found products which didn’t irritate my skin, but didn’t make it better either. Then I found the Reddit thread which took me to the founder of Malezia website, where he had dedicated years of research into discovering what products made our conditions worse - and better! Which products were safe. So I was delighted to see he had launched his own skincare products. And what can I say… well, years of research has paid off because using all three in the bundle (I was using only two at first) has taken my skin almost back to how it was before all my conditions made an unwelcome appearance. Seriously amazing stuff! Don’t hesitate. Buy it! I wish I had bought it sooner.

My skin randomly got so bad in areas that I’ve barely even gained acne in. My HOLY GRAIL product was the la Roche Posay effaclar duo. Unfortunately it was reformulated and my old one was expired and no longer useful. I replaced that step in my routine with this and I’m tell you that my acne has healed faster than ever!! It’s only been a few weeks but areas where I was getting recurring deep pimples is now completely flat and not coming back with the expection of one or two tiny pimples. All I have to do now is adding a brightening serum to get rid of the dark spots.

Overall, one of the best products I’ve used ever. It expensive but so so so worth it. Note that I also bought their five percent Urea moisturizer.

I wanted to have a before and after photo but, I don't. I can say that after a couple weeks of this regime, things are better for my skin. I have prescription tazarotene, azelaic acid and ivermectin aka soolantra. I have highly reactive skin, rosacea and sensitivities. I'm not sure how I happened upon this brand but it's worked out great. I am older, in my 50s. My skin isn't flaky anymore and my face doesn't feel like it's burning off. I still have my flush, but acne has improved as has my overall skin health. I bought the balm too but haven't used it yet. I love that the packaging is not plastic. This has been better for me than the Vanicream, the Cerave, the Cetaphil, the Sephora and Ulta, the Dr Idriss, Remedy, Prequel, and homegrown brands and products. The face wash is kinda like a jelly texture to me, the treatment is more of a thin fluid paste that dries down quickly , the moisturizer is bouncy. I don't wear makeup so I don't know how it layers but I do use SPF and no problems so far.

Having used this product for years with success - only thing that works for me (45F), I’ve now shared this “secret” with my kids as they are starting to grow into teenage skin and washing alone isn’t working - I challenged one of them to use it consistently for 2 weeks and by day 6 there were no new breakouts and skin was clearing up - I have a convert.
