Our advanced acne treatment uses 2.5% micronized benzoyl peroxide, an FDA-approved antiseptic, to target acne with precision.
The micronization process breaks down particles to a finer size, enhancing skin tolerance and reducing irritation risk.
This method ensures effective acne management without compromising the skin's natural moisture balance. In fact, clinical studies have even shown that micronized benzoyl peroxide can increase skin moisture levels.
For reference, our benzoyl peroxide has an average particle size of 5 microns: smaller than the size of a bacteria cell.
We've also included 0.5% sodium phytate for its ability to boost skin moisture and elasticity, regulate oil production, and combat hyperpigmentation.

So I just recently realized I have been using all the wrong products for my face and this regimen is incredible. I just developed acne this past year after getting pregnant and it didn't go away after giving birth like I thought it would. I've never experienced anything close to acne in my life so I had no idea what to look for or how to treat it. Looking up skin care products can be overwhelming but once someone told me about this company I went ahead and bought the core bundle. It has been smooth sailing since I started it. No new pimples or dry skin. It's been a few weeks but I really love it. It's just so nice to have finally settled on something that fully works.

here is my current skincare (all based on malezia and/or f.c.'s recs) is:
AM: Malezia hyaluronic wash OR stridex pad wipe with no wash, malezia BP, urea moisturizer and/or Hado Labo chemical uv sunscreen
PM- occasional malezia caprylic wash, then hyaluronic wash, then pea size altreno or BP instead if I have acne i want to treat (which i dont rn!!), sometimes swapping new Malezia BHA PHA Solution if it's a non-tret night.
After following the regimen religiously for about 10 weeks (and I continue to do so) I found that I didn't need the BP everyday, so used it intermittently. Then I had a little breakout on my forehead/in-between my eyebrows of little whitehead bump spots. After a mini freak out, I used the BP all over my forehead that night, and in the morning noticed a slight reduction in the spots, then used again in the evening... within 48 hours they were gone. Such a relief and didn't damage my skin or skin barrier, definitely worth a try if you're having trouble with fungal acne. I also really appreciate the FAQs on the website, really reassuring.
I started the Core Regimen a few weeks ago and OH MY GOD. I had been struggling with a very strange, probably fungal acne break out all around my mouth and eyebrows for a little over a year. I had tried EVERYTHING under the sun, including antibiotics recommended by a dermatologist. Nothing really worked and I wrecked my skin in the process. Then I found Malezia, read through all the reviews and the instructions, and started on the Core Regimen. These products acted so quickly and effectively. It’s truly been a game changer. I still get a couple of tiny spots per week, but they disappear as fast as they show up. I am not yet through with my first 8-week trial but just needed to leave a review. What a truly incredible product. Also, customer service was great in dealing with some delays in my shipping. Thank you Malezia for the work you do!! Incredible all around.
I've suffered from hormonal acne all throughout my life and I've tried just about everything: Korean skincare, diet change, prescriptions, supplements, etc, but nothing really worked and those stubborn nodular acne always cropped back up whenever they pleased with no rhyme or reason.
It got really bad in Dec 2023 when I randomly started having terrible inflammation along with some whiteheads—which I normally don't get with my kind of acne—and I lost complete confidence in myself. I didn't want to go out, and if I did, it was only with a mask on, which only exacerbated my condition. Around that time I was on a balanced diet and my skincare routine hadn't changed, but something internally must've happened that I couldn't see or understand. I tried to have patience and give it time to heal, but when spring rolled around and it was still the same, I started freaking out and did a huge skincare rehaul.
I saw the inflammation go down with the new skincare routine, but I was still getting those pesky nodular acne and they even started developing on my cheeks when before it was solely isolated on my chin area. By August of 2024, I decided I needed to change some things up again.
Come August 2024, as a birthday gift, I bought Malezia's skincare products—everything from the cleansers to the moisturizer to the BP gel. I was honestly skeptical at first because I left American skincare behind in my high school years because their products burned my skin. I haven't looked back from my Korean skincare since, but with how saturated the market is nowadays with Korean beauty products, everything felt like a scam these days.
Two months later into Malezia, my inflammation has calmed and I only get about one nodular acne every week! I'm realistic and know I can't get rid of this hormonal acne unless I address the internal issue, but no doctor or dietician or esthetician has been able to help me so I can only help myself at this point and this is more promising that I ever thought! I can live with one volcano a week so long as I never go back to December ever again! Thank you, Malezia!
On another note, I am concerned about the PIH (post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation) I always get after a breakout and it doesn't seem like Malezia has something on their line to address dark spots yet, so I've been using a vitamin c serum recently because I noticed these spots weren't fading as fast as they normally do from my previous skincare routine.
I have another 5% BP product which is way less micronised, it even feels grainy or chunky compared to this one, and this one is only 2.5% but so silky smooth and doesn't f with my skin barrier. It treated a melassezia outbreak that had really bedded in and spread across my whole chest area and even up my lower neck. In one week it has gone away to almost completely, probably about 10% to get rid of but I feel like it's actually going to heal fully for the first time in 10 years of having to battle it.

Ich bin begeistert, wirklich.
I use sparingly at night layered over the moisturiser - this combo turned my skin (acne prone, dry, sensitive) around like nothing else I’ve tried. I haven’t seen the need to switch up my routine since then and have been buying since it launched. 1 tubes lasts me easily 4+ months as a little really goes a long way.
It will bleach any wet fabric that it comes into contact with, but I just switched to white hand towels and have no issues now.
I also randomly discovered that this stuff can work wonders on fungal hand eczema after applying this to a stubborn patch I’d had for months, and seeing it clear up almost completely overnight.
Suffered for 20 years with spots all over head tried absolutely everything, nothing worked. 2.5% Bp is the key as it doesn’t irritate like the stronger ones do. 2 or 3 weeks after using it’s stayed clear so I haven’t got any photos to show! Thank you
I recently discovered that my moisturizer was causing my forehead breakouts after previously thinking it was fungal acne-safe. After some frantic web searching, I found this brand and have been so happy with the results. I started off with the cleansing balm and moisturizer, then decided to also try out the acne treatment gel. My skin purged a bit with the cleansing balm, which I expected and was prepared for. The moisturizer is super hydrating and doesn't leave any sticky feeling on my face. The acne treatment gel goes on just like a moisturizer and sinks in super fast as well. I'm super happy with my results and my skin is clearer than it has been in years! I still have some scarring but my texture is all gone!
