Its star ingredient is urea, a molecule found in the skin's natural moisturizing factor (NMF) that plays an integral role in improving skin barrier function.
Urea is a multi-functional ingredient with the ability to hydrate and mildly exfoliate. It's so effective as a hydrator, in fact, that it outperforms vaseline in some studies. (1)

i hope i never have to switch moisturizer or skincare brands again. since i started using malezia a year ago, my skin has been stable and clear (obviously a pimple here and there but compared to what i had, it’s nothing). i love the simple ingredients, affordability, and simple steps
i did accutane during covid and it worked great until i started getting acne again 3 years out when my routine of la roche posay effaclar cleanser, bp cleanser at night and cerave suddenly stopped working. didnt feel like paying a derm to tell me what i already know (i have bacterial, hormonal and fungal acne). this shit works. i use the MCT oil cleanser at night, HA cleanser, micronized BP at night, urea moisturizer. W. love this product. (headband/towel skin is abt 4 months ago, where hair is visible is recently).

Helped get rid of my stubborn fungal acne that would not go away even with antifungal creams, a light gel-like moisturizer. Has not caused me any skin issues (been using for 4 months now)
I have tried every moisturizer out there from the simplest dermatologist recommended ones like EltaMD to the most expensive ones and nothing worked like this for my acne (I am in my 30s and have struggled with my skin since I was a teen). I know everyone says this, but I never write reviews!
Honestly love these products on my second moisturizer of this brand and I have the whole set! It works amazingly!
I’ve had acne since 15 and it’s never stopped. I’m now 40 and since I’ve discovered malezia, I don’t deal with recurring acne anymore. I get small tiny zits maybe twice in 6 months. They used to be huge and swollen and painful. Malezia’s moisturizer and acne treatment are the two things I can’t do without now.
I've read some much about this product and could not wait to use it. I'm now using it for around 3 weeks and absolutely love it! It does not cloggg my pores and hydrates my skim perfectly.
