How to Use
- Cleanse: Dispense 1-2 pumps of Hyaluronic Acid Cleanser to damp skin, and gently massage unto your skin for 15-20 seconds maximum.

I am 45 years old and have struggled with redness and bumps for decades, beginning with teenage acne at age 12. Self diagnosed as rosacea and fungal acne because multiple dermatologists and estheticians over the years were puzzled by my skin and just said to get a chemical peel. I’ve tried just about everything including expensive topicals, inexpensive topicals, numerous antibiotics, two cycles of acutane, 6 laser genesis treatments, 9 microneedling treatments, 9 IPL treatments, religious nightly cleansing, regular exfoliating, diet changes like eliminating soy for 6 months, eliminating gluten and sugar for 1 year, eliminating coffee for 1 year, low fodmap for one year, vegan for two years, alcohol free for 4 years, copious amounts of daily water intake, numerous supplements, dandruff shampoo masks, fungal acne topicals, went bare skin for 18 months with literally zero products, dang I’m exhausted just from listing all this. It has been so discouraging because no matter what I’ve tried, my forehead is covered in bumps, and my cheeks are always inflamed.
To be honest, I was reluctant to try Malesia because I had almost lost hope. But I ordered it anyway. The first few weeks of using the moisturizer once daily made my skin sting mildly and turn slightly red. After all that I’ve tried in the past, this reaction was definitely mild, so I decided to continue. After about one month, I increased the moisturizer to twice daily applications, and I began noticing the stinging went away! I couldn’t believe it. I suspect my skin barrier had been compromised, and it took a while for it to heal. I believe the Malezia helped it heal.
I was so pleasantly encouraged by this, I decided to try the Malezia acne treatment. I was hesitant and cautious. I applied a small amount to my forehead, and sure enough, the next morning, my forehead was raw and irritated. But I didn’t want to give up after the success with the moisturizer, so I tried an even smaller amount a few days later. I slowly increased the application to a nightly use, and within 1 month of daily use, my decades of forehead bumps from hell were gone! I have one lingering bump that I’m trying to kill, but I have learned that the Malezia doe indeed work, although my skin requires a slow and steady approach.

I was an overenthusiastic 19 yo who bought too many actives as someone w eczema and sensitive skin and TSW. First, I found simpleskincarescience and when Malezia came out in 2021 I RAN to buy the moisturizer, and have been buying monthly ever since. Nothing else in my LIFE has worked as well as this moisturizer, esp for my cupid’s bow eczema
This moisturizer is the only thing I have found that actually moisturizes my dryer areas and doesn’t make my oily areas feel slick. It’s very lightweight but it soaks in well.
My favorite cream used to be Purito oat but this on from Malezia is much more moisturizing. Perfect for day and night

This moisturizer has taken over the world for its beauty and for being suitable for sensitive skin with seborrheic eczema. It is also safe to use with Roaccutane. It is safe because we know that Roaccutane makes the skin more sensitive. This moisturizer is suitable for Roaccutane users with sensitive skin with seborrheic dermatitis. Great job Malaysia. I also wish you would add zinc or licorice to the moisturizer because they reduce inflammation.
