How to Use
- Cleanse: Dispense 1-2 pumps of Hyaluronic Acid Cleanser to damp skin, and gently massage unto your skin for 15-20 seconds maximum.

I did not expect to love this so much! You don’t have to have fungal acne for this to work, as it’s been amazing as a non-comedogenic cream ( I used skinsort website to figure this out) . My skin was very clogged with pustules, cysts and nodular acne since November 2024. And this cream has been so light yet moisturising and hydrating for my skin. It also lasts awhile for me, as it spreads easily. My skin has improved quite a lot because of this, and using the Malezia Cleansing balm. I would definitely recommend as I’m already on my second bottle.
So light weight and hydrating. It’s perfect for problem prone skin and when used in the order of sequence noted in the Malezia Regimen my skin is flawless.
I've been using the core regimen for several months. I also use extra moisturizer during the day. I love that the moisturizer is not greasy. I have had to buy several tubes. The infected skin below my neck was very deep and is much better now.
First off - I started using this when I thought I had fungal acne, in hindsight I think it was not FA. I started accutane 5 months ago. HOWEVER, through all of that, this moisturizer has still changed my life!! I combine it with the Hyaluronic acid cleanser from Malezia. You don’t need to use that much, a little goes a long way. But WOW!!!!!!! I was using cera ve before and I had no idea how much hydration I was missing. Give it a go!!!!
Admittedly, I was nervous to give this product a try as silicones have caused problems for me in the past. Happy to report I have had zero issues from them in this product. My skin has calmed and is happy since using this!
I'll one day create a reddit account and thank everyone on r/perioraldermatits for getting me this far and eventually leading me to this site. I'm not cured, but I'm no longer embarrassed to go outside, and the few blister-like bumps that are left are manageable and often forgettable. This lotion is the best, but it's not because I have brand loyalty. The ingredients are great. I've also used La Roche Posay 10% urea lotion and it has also helped, although it makes my skin feel sticky. I highly recommend any lotion with urea, but particularly this one -- if you can afford it --, because it's a pleasure to wear. No stickiness, stinging, itching, or flaking.
Keep in mind that my before/after pics ALSO include using Malezia's hyaluronic acid cleanser, the Osmia black clay bar (every other day), and a 2% Metronidazole and 5% azaelic acid prescription from Curology. But man if I didn't try almost everything recommended on reddit (tea tree oil, zinc, doxycycline, metronidazole gel, erythromycin, nizoral, differin, cicaplast balm, Amperna, probiotics, anti-fungal diet) and this combo was the only one that worked. Simpler is really better, for my skin at least. I highly recommend urea lotion + curology.
This moisturizer is perfect! So light and nourishing. My skin is SO happy with this (and the cleanser and treatment gel)… supple, fresh, not oily and itchy. If I have breakouts, they are small and last just a couple of days. My fungal acne is finally mostly gone, a journey of years trying different products and landing with Malezia.
100% recommend! If you’re on the fence deciding, get it! Your skin will thank you.
This is my daughter's favourite moisturiser and has helped her enormously. With dietary and supplement changes, plus the skincare, we seem to have finally calmed her skin down. We still have a way to go, but the she is not breaking out and is on her way to healing her skin-- after damaging it by dermatologists prescribing her strong retinols in her early teens. They completely damaged her skin barrier and we are still trying to deal with the aftermath with the help of Malezia.
Love this moisturizer! Lightweight yet very hydrating. Your skin feels like it can breathe which I love. I also love that it’s non comedogenic and fungal acne safe. Can’t say enough good things and I’m VERY picky. Please don’t stop making this!
love this so far! I definitely have noticed that it makes my face feel so moisturized without feeling greasy. ive used it for about 2 weeks now so I can't comment on any long term changes, BUT I have started to notice less new pimples. Now that I trust this brand, I ordered their benzol peroxide products to use with the moisturizer, so hopefully I continue to see improvements!
