Its star ingredient is urea, a molecule found in the skin's natural moisturizing factor (NMF) that plays an integral role in improving skin barrier function.

I’m very happy with the Malezia 5% Urea Moisturizer. After trying many different moisturizers, I finally found one that works really well for my skin and fits my needs.
The cream is lightweight and comfortable, without feeling heavy, greasy, or overly occlusive. It provides good hydration and helps relieve dryness and tightness, especially when my skin is dry after antifungal treatment. My skin feels much more comfortable after using it, including overnight.
I also really appreciate that the formula is thoughtfully designed for Malassezia-prone skin and doesn’t contain a lot of ingredients that I personally try to avoid.
Overall, I’m very pleased with the product and will definitely consider buying it again. It’s great to finally have a moisturizer that provides good hydration while still feeling comfortable on my skin.
I've tried more products than I can count in my search for the simplest, most effective routine and this is by far my favorite moisturizer ever. Silky smooth, lightweight and creamy, super simple, does its job. No fragrance, no irritation, no pilling under sunscreen, no breakouts! The price point is great and I love that it comes in recyclable aluminum packaging instead of plastic. This was my first Malezia purchase but it definitely won't be my last.
I have mild seb derm as well as perioral dermatitis that both fluctuate in severity depending on weather/stress/etc. The Urea Moisturizer has made my skin the most hydrated and least irritated that it's been since my skin issues started years ago. Other moisturizers either have oils that make my issues flare, or are not hydrating enough to do much good. My skin is softer, glossier, and I am experiencing fewer clogged pores and less redness. The benefits this has given to my skin barrier have also subtly made my pores and wrinkles less visible. Best part is that my skin FEELS a lot better, less tight and itchy. All of these changes are subtle but I feel so relieved to have found a product that works for me, I will definitely reorder and am interested in trying more products from the line as well.
I absolutely love this face moisturizer! It feels so luxurious and a little goes a long way and I feel like it is really starting to improve my skin. While I still have quite a lot left I’m going to purchase a back up and try the make up remover! Customer service is also impeccable! ❤️ this company
Great moisturizer - their products drastically improved my fungal acne in a few weeks (BPO and urea moisturizer as recommended, with vanicream face wash). I also cut out so many makeup products. My skin has not been perfect since but so so much better. The moisturizer is more oily than ceravePM but still is great. Amazing company! Just wish this moisturizer came in glass since aluminum usually has a plastic coating inside.

I’ve had fungal acne for about two years and was using “acne safe” products, wondering why it never completely went away. It flares in the summer and calms down in the winter, when heat and sweat aren’t constants. Most recently I had a facial with dermaplaning and had the largest, most uncomfortable flare up to date. I knew it was time for a change.
This moisturizer is everything. It’s not heavy or greasy. It doesn’t burn. It’s calming and perfect, and I will continue to purchase it till the end of time (seeing as fungal acne never fully goes away 🙁).
I’ve since ordered every product in the Malezia line and am extremely satisfied. It’s only been about 3 weeks and I am seeing very good results.

I LOVE MALEZIA! I have spent so much money and time over the years trying to figure out my skin type and different products. I am 34 years old and have fungal acne, rosacea, oily/acne prone skin that is now so so clear! I still have pimples every now and again but this skin regime has really helped my skin. I hope it never goes out of business! I have bought these products now for about a year.
