Malezia 5% Urea Moisturizer

I have had tinea versicolor most of my adult life. It was just discolored patches for the longest time. Not itchy, or painful. Just a mild annoyance. Flash to February of 2026; my body was covered in these painful, VERY itchy, hive-looking pustules. I was mortified. My face, my neck, chest, back, bikini area 😳... I was diagnosed with pitourous mallezia folicitus by the dermatologist. I had to throw out every single product I'd been using for years. This was recommended to me, by chat GPT, in a desperate attempt to replenish my very sensitive, and flared up, skin. It's been a complete game changer! It felt like my face drank a gallon of water the first time I used it. I'm about to sign up for the subscription; as I doubt I'll be using anything else, from now on. Light, moisturizing, and great for sensitive skin!

I signed up for the subscription for the lower price, thinking I would cancel if I didn't like the moisturizer. I just got my 4th bottle of this moisturizer in the mail, so it's safe to say I liked it. It's the only thing I use that doesn't make my skin freak out and doesn't exacerbate fungal acne. I love this stuff so much. I truly find myself squeezing every last drop of the tube out. Also, the monthly subscription is great because it's the perfect amount of time to reorder. I find it takes me about a month to finish a tube, so the new one arrives right on time. Also works great under makeup, no pilling whatsoever!

My daughter has sensitive skin and it’s hard to find products. We’ve been to dermatologists, prescription meds, and everything from the drug store. This moisturizer, along with the cleanser and treatment ointment have worked better than anything. I highly recommend it!

This is the best moisturizer I have used in my adult life. I found it by researching how to clear a rash that was persistent on my chest, neck and face. Nothing helped. I found Malezia articles on Pinterest from other followers while researching what would help kill off the rash and keep it away. I immediately bought the three step products, face wash, moisturizer and acne treatment gel. This stuff rocks! Rash disappeared immediately and has not returned in two years. No more breakouts from hormonal changes(menopause). My skin is so clear and it has kept the wrinkles at bay leaving me with smooth glowing skin. Really love this company and all their products. So grateful to have found them!

I have been using the Azelaic acid cream and Urea moisturizer for about 6 weeks now and I can honestly say my skin has never looked better. I haven’t had some acne concerns but for me I wanted more anti-aging effects and better skin clarity and texture. It has helped tremendously with this. People started commenting on what nice skin I have (which has NOT happened before!) My skin feels constantly hydrated, smooth and glowy. I am very grateful and highly recommend!

I'm in my late 20s and have reactive, congested, and acne-prone skin. I decided to try this product while dealing with skin barrier damage and peeling, as well as suspected fungal acne fueled by summer humidity and skincare products.

I've been using this moisturizer for a couple weeks day/night and already see a huge difference. It's light enough to be comfortable in the American South while being more moisturizing than richer creams I've used. My historically dehydrated skin has plumped up and is smoothing out, assisted by Malezia Azelaic Acid cream. This is also the first product that my makeup has truly looked nice over. It doesn't get oily and break up or fade. I'll absolutely be buying again and again.

I have been having a hard time with so many moisturizers and when I come to find out I have fungal acne so I had to try this out. My skin actually feels moisturized! I also always had some type of dry patches here and there especially on my eyes (thanks eczema) and I had one that kept breaking the skin on my eyelid for a month. This healed it, and even then I haven't had a dry patch sense!! On top of using this with the cleansing balm and the regular cleanser my skin was clearing up even without the acne treatment! It also works well with lactic acid treatment from the ordinary if anyone's wondering. This moisturizer makes my skin feel so soft without feeling heavy and oily. I wish there was more in a tube because I found out when I use a bit more than usual the better hydration I get. My only complaint is I want more 😂 lol

This moisturizer (using alongside the benzoyl peroxide) was the only thing that saved my skin from fungal acne, even after trying prescription products. I’ve been a steady user, twice a day, for over two years, and can’t imagine switching!

Just like the title says, I literally can’t live without this moisturiser. I found it a few years ago now when I randomly suffered with fungal acne after trying snail mucin lol. It’s my go to product! I always get compliments on my skin when using it. Might try the face wash next!
