Featuring 2.5% MICRONIZED benzoyl peroxide, which is an FDA approved topical antiseptic for the treatment of acne.
Perhaps you've tried benzoyl peroxide in the past and weren't a fan because it can be irritating and make skin drier than Satan's weenus. We get it! That's why we emphasized the micronized part.
Micronization is the process of milling down the average diameter of a solid material’s particles. This is important because homogenous dispersions of finer particles have proven to yield better results in fighting acne with less risk of irritation. In fact, one study found micronized benzoyl peroxide actually INCREASED skin moisture!
For reference, our benzoyl peroxide has an average particle size of 5 microns: smaller than the size of a bacteria cell.
But that's not all! We've also included 0.5% sodium phytate for its ability to boost skin moisture and elasticity, regulate oil production, and combat hyperpigmentation.

I purchased this for my Granddaughter who has gone to the dermatologist for years for acne. It helped but never cleared up. Always had acne since my teens. Now in my 30's and still battling with it. Tried everything under the sun but were not successful. Since I'm always up to trying new treatments/products/routines, I'm always online researching. Came across an article about fungal acne. I have acne and not so much the fungal type but thought I'd try it anyways. Wow, works instantly overnight seeing results. Been using this for 3 weeks now and face is clear. I use both this micronized benzo peroxide and the urea cream. Wish I would have taken before , during and after pictures. Also wished i have came across this product sooner. I never have posted a review before and thought I'd start one here. Don't 2nd guess it, just try it. Only recommendation is if you are going to use this at night. Use an old pillow case as it will stain/bleach it. Learned this after the first couple of nights. A tiny price to pay in comparison of the outcome. :)
I have seborrheic dermatitis and this treatment gel helped a flare up when I first received it and has helped prevent flare ups with daily use. I also like how the moisturizer doesn't make my face feel greasy. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
After two months of suffering from Perioral dermatitis, I was at my wits end. Nothing seemed to cure this persistent break out. I am not on social media, but I read a blog extolling the virtues of this product and thought I would give it a try. Three days after starting use, my dermatitis was gone. I love this brand so much. After a weird breakout on my face, I started looking up different moisturizers and treatments. I found this brand and omg I’m so glad I did. I ordered the moisturizer first. As someone who has never committed to a face moisturizer enough to reorder or even use all of, this is the first time I’ve ever reordered one. I’m like the Goldilocks of face moisturizers and this one is just right. I noticed a significant difference in my skin when I ran out. I got the treatment on my second order. I only get the occasional break out or a pimple here and there, but I use this product and my skin is so smooth. I use it with the moisturizer and I’ve had no problems with dryness. My only complaint is that now I don’t think I can live without these products. Supporting a small business is great too. I love Malezia!

BP cleansers weren't enough to stop my inflamed spots. So I switched to this product. I use a thin layer in the mornings on my problem areas. I can tell it's working because I don't see any orange spots using a black light. Before I would have new orange spot every day. Very happy with this product and pricing. Thank you!

I am a teenager that suffers from fungal acne and this product completely changed my life. The only things I use in my skincare regimen are the Malezia moisturizer, CeraVe Foaming Cleanser, this treatment gel and sunscreen. CONSISTENCY IS KEY!! I had purging for a month and then it got better and better. I have been consistently using this for 8 months now and am not planning on getting off it anytime soon!!
