Our advanced acne treatment uses 2.5% micronized benzoyl peroxide, an FDA-approved antiseptic, to target acne with precision.
The micronization process breaks down particles to a finer size, enhancing skin tolerance and reducing irritation risk.
This method ensures effective acne management without compromising the skin's natural moisture balance. In fact, clinical studies have even shown that micronized benzoyl peroxide can increase skin moisture levels.
For reference, our benzoyl peroxide has an average particle size of 5 microns: smaller than the size of a bacteria cell.
We've also included 0.5% sodium phytate for its ability to boost skin moisture and elasticity, regulate oil production, and combat hyperpigmentation.

I can’t live without this cream. It single handedly fixed my fungal acne. Heaven in a tube!!
I had a horrible skin flare and was clueless as to what the cause was, so I wanted a really simple skin care routine until I could pinpoint the root of the issue. Everything in the core bundle is gentle and hydrating, and I plan to stick with it (especially the moisturizer, which I love!) for the time being, even though it turned out that my specific issue was not fungal in nature. I also wanted to add that if your skin is stressed for any reason, it is likely to be reactive - so I would introduce products slowly and don't get too discouraged by some bumps or unexpected reactions from your skin. I have had itchy skin that hasn't healed, repeatedly getting spots and whiteheads/hard lumps showing up for no good reason for well over a decade, since my early 30's. I also have Auto Immune Hepatitis and Stage 4 Liver fibrosis, which I have had since age 12. Itchy skin and being prone to infection is therefore considered normal with a naff liver and just listed as a side effect by doctors. I've gone to the GP several times and tried various products with nothing working. So I went to a private nutritionist, diet changes made vast improvements over the last 6 months particularly quicker healing times, id say 60% better, so my dietitian recommended Malezia, and since using the 2 creams at very small amounts twice daily, the Acne treatment gel less often as needed, the itchy skin and spots have completely gone and all within a week as well. I'm over the moon.
This treatment gel is a must have for those who want clear skin and are battling any kind of acne. So good!! This helps clear up a pimple or fungal acne breakout incredibly fast and is kind to the skin, unlike many other spot treatments. It can be drying if over-used, though. I get lots of compliments on my skin now thanks to all the Malezia products. If you’re wondering about it, just get it! It last a while.
I love everything from this brand, my skin has never been happier. And I mean NEVER I have always struggled with acne and nothing ever worked and if it did it would work for a few weeks and then I would get small itchy bumps and more acne. Now I know it was because those products caused fungal acne. When I tried this brand I was skeptical but I’m so so glad I did, please never stop making these products

I know every skin is different, but I've tried benzyl peroxide products before and could not tolerate them. This product has not caused me irritation at all! If I feel a little zit coming up under the skin, I just rub this in (usually once will do it, two to three times max!) and voila! No zit, no trace of a zit. I might get a little bit of dry surface peeling, but nothing bad at all. I'll take a day of a dry spot over a zit anytime. 😁
First of all, even I didn't realize how inflamed my neck had become, until I put the before and after side by side. The before is sickening! I have one other dramatic breakout and several small spots (not pictured). All saw immediate improvement (drying, less inflamed), followed by slow, steady improvement. I've gone through 1 1/2 courses of the core regimen so far. I'm thrilled. The best thing: the pain of the inflamed spots went away quickly. One place I had was inflamed and hurting for over two years. Practically gone now. I'm 65, female, sufferer of extreme SD since 1993, and scalp problems since 1980. (Forgive my ugly neck).
