Its star ingredient is urea, a molecule found in the skin's natural moisturizing factor (NMF) that plays an integral role in improving skin barrier function.
Urea is a multi-functional ingredient with the ability to hydrate and mildly exfoliate. It's so effective as a hydrator, in fact, that it outperforms vaseline in some studies. (1)

I've read some much about this product and could not wait to use it. I'm now using it for around 3 weeks and absolutely love it! It does not cloggg my pores and hydrates my skim perfectly.

The moisturizer is a miracle product for my skin. It moisturizes, but is light weight. Isn't greasy. Doesn't break me out (all other moisturizers I've used in the past broke me out, to the point where I could only use Squalane oil which didn't really go beneath the surface of my skin) but still moisturizes. It makes my skin smooth and helps get rid of all those little beneath-the-surface bumps. I've started using on my neck and chest area now too and love it. Please never stop making this product!!!
I have fungal acne prone skin, combination skin and sometimes have the occasional hormonal breakouts. Before this arrived i had a terrible cyst that began to scar. This moisturizer cleared it up and there was visible healing every single day I slathered it on my cyst. It saved my skin. I stand by this moisturizer and will for a long time. Never stop making this. Its the only moisturizer I have ever tried that works for me. Im even seeing a huge improvement in hyperpigmentation due to the exfoliating of the urea.
I got this moisturizer a few weeks ago and I have been loving it so far! I had seborrheic dermatitis for the first time over a year ago and I have been struggling with it coming back every few months. This moisturizer has been great, it actually moisturizes my skin but doesn’t break me out and I feel like it has helped so much with texture and flare ups so far! I will definitely be repurchasing this, I love it so far!
I bought this for my husband who has struggled with his skin as long as I have known him…. When I tell you that the results were instant, I am not exaggerating. He was so thrilled to find something that drastically reduced his skin flaking and soothed the redness (especially after shaving)! Will be a forever staple in his routine from now on!
This is so moisturizing, not greasy at all. I love how it wo4ks with the 3 step system. It has really helped control my breakouts and I definitely would recommend it!
When I started my skin care journey, it was hard to find products that really moisturized my combination skin that also help treat my fungal acne. This is the only moisturizer that I truly can use, I’ve never had a reaction or any skin barrier issues after using this. I’ve extremely sensitive and combination skin and cannot say anything but good things about this product.
