Our advanced acne treatment uses 2.5% micronized benzoyl peroxide, an FDA-approved antiseptic, to target acne with precision.
The micronization process breaks down particles to a finer size, enhancing skin tolerance and reducing irritation risk.
This method ensures effective acne management without compromising the skin's natural moisture balance. In fact, clinical studies have even shown that micronized benzoyl peroxide can increase skin moisture levels.
For reference, our benzoyl peroxide has an average particle size of 5 microns: smaller than the size of a bacteria cell.

after having taking Accutane for two years, when I was a teenager, I didn’t have any issues afterwards. I randomly started breaking out back in October for no apparent reason, even though I changed my diet and had no changes to my normal routine. I had tried everything from simplifying my routine to using more high-end products. it took a couple of months for my skin to calm down. This is the only thing that worked, now I’m afraid to go back!
Let me preface this review by saying I was NOT incentivized to write this, and I never take the time to write reviews normally (though I know I should!) For context, I am 42, a mom, and have had a battle of varying degrees with acne since my early teen years. I have done alllll the things in that time, and am always incredibly diligent with my skincare. I also have PCOS, and for those who know, it can make it harder to combat skin issues. I have taken spironolactone for 20 years, which does help tremendously… but as I’ve gotten older, I’ve opted to take a lower dose for a while now. While I prefer that for my overall health, it has made my skin less than perfect again… nothing as drastic as when I was younger, but still constant smaller breakouts, many clogged pores, etc. I have tried all the products, peels, tret, and on and on… but I thought I just couldn’t have truly clear skin again with my hormonal imbalance. I kept trying though, and found this product to try after a particularly bad breakout last August/ September. I knew nothing of the company prior, but was impressed by reviews and the diligence of the founder. I started using the bundle in October (7 months ago). Almost immediately, within a couple days, my skin started to clear… and has been almost completely clear ever since. I couldn’t tell you the last time I needed concealer. I went to get a peel recently, and my esthetician commented that people would love to have my clear pores… but I’m telling you, I attribute that to Malezia. I’m grateful for many reasons, but especially because I feel better equipped to help my kids when they start getting acne. I hope this helps you, too. I've been using this product for about 2 weeks and people around me have been already began commenting about how my acne has improved significantly. Highly recommend.
When I use the facial wash I find it makes all of my little hard whiteheads come out and my pimples heal and look less red, feel less itchy. The products don’t irritate my skin at all and I use them daily at night time before bed.
I’ll be 64 next month (May 2025) and I was diagnosed with acne (and most other skin issues) most of my life (since I was 13/14 years old). Malezia has been a miracle for my skin…truly a miracle!! My skin has never been clear…and it is now!!! Completely clear!! Everyone notices my skin is different!! I will never stop using Malezia! Thank you for making these products!!
This product combo is it. I have perioral dermatitis (diagnosed by a dermatologist after developing it from wearing masks during COVID). Although the rash had calmed down, I would still get occasional bumps. I also had full-blown fungal acne (self-diagnosed) — little bumps all over my forehead and neck that nothing seemed to help (I tried dandruff shampoos, fungal creams, etc.).
I don't use the benzoyl peroxide around my mouth because I’m worried it might trigger my perioral dermatitis again. But I do use the cleanser and moisturizer all over my face, and since starting, I’ve been getting significantly fewer bumps from the dermatitis. As for the fungal acne — the benzoyl peroxide was magic. It really helped clear my forehead when nothing else had.
At the same time, I was also working with a naturopath to heal SIBO in my gut. I followed a supplement protocol: six weeks of berberine, Saccharomyces boulardii, and ADP oregano multiple times a day, followed by four weeks of Neem (three times daily) and S. boulardii (twice daily).
Between these products and the gut healing, my skin is now the clearest it’s been in four years.
One thing to note: my skin never tolerated other benzoyl peroxide products before. But this one is a cream, and I built up slowly to using it every night without irritation. I really hope they never stop selling these products.
Highly recommend sticking to just these three products — cleanser, moisturizer, and benzoyl peroxide. I tried alternating Differin (adapalene) because it had worked for me in the past, but my results were way better when I kept it simple.

I've tried so many things for my acne and nothing has ever worked. If anything other products make it worse. I actually chemically burned my face with a face wash I bought at the store and then someone at my work told me about Malezia and my face has never looked better. I am so grateful for this product and it's given me SO much confidence. I finally feel comfortable in my skin. I am not one to leave reviews but I had to for Malezia. ❤️
Where do I start?! I have dealt with Malassezia Folliculitis for over 4 years. I have tried everything under the sun, spent so much money on derm visits & have been on multiple creams, washes, oral antibiotics, diys. NOTHING worked. Finally a few months ago I was SICK of it & decided to research on my own. I came across this brand & was hesitant at first, because it sounded too good to be true… ordered the regimen bundle & started using it based strictly on the instructions. At first it was trial & error because my skin had to adjust to the benzoyl peroxide, then I started to see improvement. Again, still hesitant because my Folliculitis (fungal acne) has always come & gone. But I am now going in 3 weeks of these products & my skin has NEVER been better. I am beyond impressed with these products. If you are debating on purchasing this brand, just do it! Read the instructions & recommendations & start off slow if you’re scared. I am forever grateful for this & the simple skincare blog, which I also recommend everyone to read up on. 🙏🏽

One of the best if not *the* best BP formula on the market. It has made such a difference in controlling the acne that I’m still getting in my thirties without drying out my skin or creating more irritation. I’m on my third bottle and can’t imagine using any other all over topical treatment. I like that as long as I follow the recommendations for first opening, I can easily control how much product I get and effectively get all the product out of the packaging. I haven’t branched out beyond this yet but I’m looking forward to trying more from this brand.
The only (minor) con to me is that the cap is too small/narrow for the tube to stand up on its own. However, I understand prioritizing reduced plastic usage over the convenience of having a wider cap to allow it the tube to stand up like some other brands have for their aluminum packaging. If ya’ll made a little reusable donut style stand that the top of the tube can fit into to hold it up, maybe from the same material as the metal key, I’d be first in line.
I read every review on this product before buying and I thought it was too good to be true. I was consistent for 8 months every night and my bumps vanished. I didn’t realize I had fungal acne until I used this product!!! No more bumps or cystic acne. The clearest skin I’ve ever had in my life!!!! Buy it if you’re skeptical, you won’t regret it.
