Not satisfied with the package. The bottle is not well packed or sealed. Therefore quite a substantial amount of oil had leaked. I haven't checked the product but I was totally unsatisfied when I got the order.

We want to assure you that we have marked this item as fragile and our fulfillment service now puts extra dunnage with every order to prevent any leakage. Furthermore, we have designed a new product box that will house the aluminum bottle with a more sturdy sealed aluminum cap, and will come with a pump packaged separately to further decrease any potential leakage during transit. This will be available in the coming months.

Finally an oil cleanser that doesn't make me break out while also does its job!!!
This is a really nice product, just not for me. I used it for evening cleansing, it felt amazing and helped remove so many tiny clogs from my skin. 2 days after I started using it, I began developing deep, painful acne like I haven't had since I was a teenager. I found that MCT oil is coconut-derived; coconut based ingredients always break me out. Still leaving 4 stars because it's an amazing product if you don't have a problem with coconut, especially for small sebum plugs. Did not aggravate FA. I plan on trying the hyaluronic acid cleanser next.
I dont normally leave reviews but I felt like this brands products are great. When i started my research about seb derm i really wanted to start oil cleansing and it was hard to find one that wouldnt break out my seb derm. been using it for a little and my skin is smoother in texture
Whew, have I been on skin care journey this past year! While trying to figure out what was going on with my skin, I learned that I likely had fungal acne. But just previous to that I also discovered I have sebum plugs, and oil cleansing is the only way I can get those plugs out of my pores. Now, when I went to get serious about clearing up my fungal acne, I changed my entire skin routine, but the one thing I was worried to give up was my oil cleanser. With this product, I can keep oil cleansing for my sebum plugs and keep my fungal acne from reoccurring.
I remember looking up fungal skin care acne and having to sort through lists of safe skincare… this makeup remover is a game changer! Not drying, easy to rinse off, soothing and takes off my waterproof mascara. FC you are amazing!
Lovely packaging; one pump is a good amount for me to melt off sunscreen from both face and neck. The reason I am unsure if this is the right product for me is because I have developed some itchy redness and dandruff in my eyebrows after starting to use it. (I’ve made no other skincare changes, and I’ve trialled stopping using the MCT oil until the eyebrows clear up, then try the MCT oil again and the eyebrow dandruff comes back). I double cleanse and have now also started wiping with a facecloth in case there may have still been residue. I know it’s not supposed to feed the fungus that causes dandruff so I’m just unsure about what’s causing it for me at this time. Had the same happen when trialling squalane oil as well, which is also not supposed to feed the fungus. Unsure what my issue is, but it’s still a nice product and effective at removing sunscreen, just might not be for me.
I finally found a carrier oil I can use with my essential oils ( like tea tree) that doesn't cause a breakout! I can't use almond, sunflower, sesame or, coconut oil as these feed the yeast on my face.
Worked instantly upon first use in my double cleanse to hydrated, reduce redness and flakiness.
I absolutely adore this oil. I am an acne prone person that I find even with non-clogging ingredients I can break out from being too sensitive. This was perfect to take off my make up and be gentle to my skin while not causing any new breakouts.
