Its star ingredient is urea, a molecule found in the skin's natural moisturizing factor (NMF) that plays an integral role in improving skin barrier function.
Urea is a multi-functional ingredient with the ability to hydrate and mildly exfoliate. It's so effective as a hydrator, in fact, that it outperforms vaseline in some studies. (1)

I don’t typically write reviews so this is going to be a long one. If I could give this more stars I would! I started to get really bad breakouts middle of last year and I tried everything from Korean skincare to expensive reputable brands and nothing helped. My skin was always so red and irritated with tons of little postules. I chose not to see a dermatologist because I tried the products I knew they would recommend and those made it 10x worse. I didn’t feel like resorting to accutane or lasers like I also knew they would recommend. Finally I found Malezia from seeing it on someone’s TikTok, I checked all the ingredients and reviews and it looked great. The last two photos are from the beginning of this year when I found something that somewhat was working then the third picture is when I first started using Malezia moisturizer and face wash and the first photo is from this past week. I still have some scarring and redness but it has subsequently gone down and I am so much more confident. I also no longer have insane breakouts or all the texture on my skin. I have also started using the benzoyl peroxide treatment a few times a week and I have had no reaction! I have super sensitive skin and had absolutely no reaction with any of these products so far. I even had coworkers telling me my skin looked so clear and I recommended Malezia and they went and purchased it and love it! I cannot recommend this enough coming from someone who has tried literally everything and I can’t wait to try the Salicylic cleansing balm next!!
It's a very thin and breathable formula. I layer it with tretinoin and azelaic acid (at different times). It can pill quite a bit when it layers but that's inevitable. It feels really nice overall and I don't think it irritated my overly sensitive acne-prone skin at all!
I had really horrendous acne and my skin was rough as heck , PCOS does that sadly, and then I came across an article about urea cream . I decided to give it a go since I was desperate and didn’t have much to lose , and I’m SO GLAD I did . This cream got rid of my acne so quick , and also gave me a much softer texture. I don’t know if I can say this cream gets rid of Post inflammatory erythema but because I no longer had acne it had begun to heal. I don’t have anything bad to say about this cream seriously .
I feel like it’s not super heavy on my skin but still gives it light moisture and definitely does not clog my pores or break me out ! Sometimes I want something heavier but I know that’s not what I need ! So this moisturizer I really am liking the results on my skin!
It seemed to settle my inflammation and hydrate my skin. It helped my barrier heal and become more sustainable

I have struggled with hormonal acne for the past 5 1/2 years of my life. It is so hard to find a moisturizer that doesn’t break me out, but is also really moisturizing because I have acne. I have to use harsher ingredients on my face which tends to dry my skin out. This moisturizer is so amazing for nighttime and daytime. I recommend this to everybody.
I’ve been using the Malezia system of moisturizer, cleanser and benzoyl peroxide for 6 months or so and my face is the clearest it’s been in years since going off of Spironolactone. I never thought my acne was fungal but regardless, these products have given be undeniable results. I more recently added in the Azalaic acid and the BHA/PHA because of how well the core 3 products worked and so far I’m really enjoying those as well.
i am so thankful f.c. created this moisturizer… i had “fungal acne” & a combo of diet & switching to products he recommended have helped my skin. my skin is so sensitive i swear everything makes me break out but not this moisturizer! been using it since the beginning! ty! can’t wait to try to azeleic acid ✨
This is the single best moisturizer I’ve ever used. It softens, moisturizes, calms and works well under makeup. I can use it in the summer and winter, and my skin is smoother than ever. I only wish it came in larger sizes and didn’t explode out when first opening (I live in altitude).
