Our advanced acne treatment uses 2.5% micronized benzoyl peroxide, an FDA-approved antiseptic, to target acne with precision.
The micronization process breaks down particles to a finer size, enhancing skin tolerance and reducing irritation risk.
This method ensures effective acne management without compromising the skin's natural moisture balance. In fact, clinical studies have even shown that micronized benzoyl peroxide can increase skin moisture levels.
For reference, our benzoyl peroxide has an average particle size of 5 microns: smaller than the size of a bacteria cell.
We've also included 0.5% sodium phytate for its ability to boost skin moisture and elasticity, regulate oil production, and combat hyperpigmentation.

This product is incredible! I was suffering with what appeared to be standard acne on my forehead and jaw line for over 12 months. I went on Acutanne for 12 months and had no results. I eventually did some intense research and figured out that perhaps I was suffering from Fungal Acne. So I took the plunge of purchasing Malezia products - I was unsure given it was the first time I had ordered skincare from overseas - I am in London. My skin has cleared up and I am onto my 3rd bundle. I am so happy!!!! I have literally tried everything, I am a crazy skincare lady and cannot believe I found a solution.
I have only been using Malezia for 2 weeks now and the results are incredible. My skin was probably at its very worst before, and now I love looking in the mirror at my beautiful skin! I still have melasma (uneven skin tone) but my blemishes and redness are totally gone. I also paired this regimen with the ordinary’s squalane and niacinamide & zinc.

For context I’ve never felt compelled to write an online review for a product before, certainly not a skincare product. Malezia products are as legit as it gets. I was so desperate by the point I tried the core regimen that I didn’t even care if the reviews and photos were fake. I thought eff it, it can’t get worse than it already is! I had perfect skin until I hit perimenopause, and then I suddenly developed cystic acne with rosacea that would not go away no matter what I did, aside from occasional antibiotics which were not safe to stay on long term. The moment I finished them it would all come raging back. This is not only the one product that would even help, but truly cleared my skin up completely to where I have zero blemishes and hardly any discoloration or redness at all. My skin is back to being as flawless as it was when I was a hottie in my twenties. I went from being embarrassed to leave the house to feeling good about how I look again and it’s such a relief. Feels like I look like myself again! It took me about four weeks to get all the way there but I could tell it was going in the right direction after about 24-48hr. Try it and give it a little time to heal your skin again. I’d had acne for years before I found this!

This is helped my face immensely. I had a LOT of cystic acne on my face and within 2 weeks of using the product it disappeared. I still have a few stubborn break outs but it’s almost ALL cleared up. I have tried a lot of products and this brand is the ONE brand that made all the difference. I’m very impressed. I feel like the pink tube has made all the difference. It also is amazing underneath make up and doesn’t splotch or smear make up, the moisturizer is also thick enough to feel lathered but not too thick nor is it too thin either. I love the cleanser and how gentle it is on my skin due to having very sensitive skin. They forgot the black tube, but I reached out and within a couple hours the support team responded and let me know they’d send it. Over all great experience so far.
I've been struggling with acne for a few years now - saw a derm and tried the while gamit (doxycycline, tretinoin, clindamycin, etc). While those products had improved my skin from its worst, malezia completely cleared it up. Even after seeing a dermatologist, I continued to have persistent acne on one cheek and would have a severe breakout anytime I sweat and wasn't able to wash off right away. Haven't had either issue after a few weeks of starting the regimen. Would definitely recommend, especially if you suspect fungal acne as the culprit.
I also really appreciate that the packaging is low waste with minimal plastic.
I'm a 35yo woman with moderate hormonal acne and I had been on Tretinoin, Clindamycin, and Spironolactone for over a year. It had helped a bit with overall facial texture but I still always broke out around the time of my period - lots of little pimples that are itchy, hard not to pick, and take a while to resolve. Very frustrating especially since I was about to get married and had hoped I would have my acne under control for the wedding. I asked my dermatologist if there was anything I could try to add things and she put me on a 3 month course of Doxycycline, but it still didn't help!
About 6 weeks before my wedding I was researching and learned about Malezia and fungal acne from reddit. It sounded just like my symptoms so I gave it a try, even though it was a little nervewracking to change things so close to my wedding date! I stopped the Clindamycin and Tretinoin completely and just followed the Malezia core regimen. Within 3 weeks I saw a huge improvement, even through my next period. I still get a few pimples around my cycle but much fewer than before (like, 2-3 total over a week) and they go away within 1 day! I was initially suspicious of the low amount of benzoyl peroxide in this product, but the micronized benzoyl peroxide seems to work very well.
