Its star ingredient is urea, a molecule found in the skin's natural moisturizing factor (NMF) that plays an integral role in improving skin barrier function.

I had chronic redness around my nose that would not go away. I finally figured out that the redness is Seborrheic dermatitis caused by a fungus, Malassezia yeast. Then I realized that almost all facial moisturizers (and makeup) have ingredients that feed the fungi, making it almost impossible to cure it completely. Finding a facial moisturizer that was completely safe and did not contain any offending ingredients was difficult but I'm so glad I found this company and moisturizer. I am so pleased with the results! Not only has the redness around my nose gone away (I also had to switch to Bare Minerals 5 ingredient foundation) but, overall, my whole face is softer and smoother than before. I am also impressed with the company, Malezia. The ordering process is easy and the speed of shipping is excellent.
I've been using this moisturizer for over 6 years now and gone from being very insecure about my bad skin to receiving compliments about my clear skin. It's not too thick, too oily or too watery and there's no unpleasant smell. Each tube lasts a reasonable amount of time. I am normally pretty good at criticizing things but I can't even come up with anything negative to say about this product. As long as they don't drastically change the formula, I will keep buying & using this moisturizer forever.
It has been an impossible journey to find a fungal acne safe moisturizer that doesn’t break me out, leave my face dry or itchy. However, since I tried this moisturizer my skin has been happy and hydrated. It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. I would just love if it came with more oz.
I’ve had acne all my life and got it under control with tret but then I got off of it when I was pregnant. After I had my daughter I broke out all over and found Malezia. I use the hyaluronic acid cleanser, benzoyl peroxide, azelaic acid cream, and my favorite the urea moisturizer. You have to be patient but after a few months all the acne and scaring will fade away. It’s been quite the journey but I’m very thankful for this brand! It’s gentle enough to use with tret but I found that I don’t even need the tret anymore.
Having used Malezia products for years now, I can say they truly are the best. Everything they come out with just works so well for my skin. It helped clear fungal acne for me in the past and now I continue to use it to ensure it keeps any acne away. Really looking forward to when they hopefully come out with a sunscreen!
I have facial seborrheic dermatitis and tried all sorts of different creams to no lasting results. Malezia has essentially cured it with an application every other day to my problem areas. 100% recommend
This is the best moisturizer I’ve ever used. I train BJJ and as a result spend most of my free time on sweaty mats in a humid environment. Because of this, I’ve always struggled with skin breakouts and various skin issues. This moisturizer has helped to repair my skin barrier and has saved my skin. I love that it hydrates without clogging my pores. Every product I’ve tried from Malezia has been amazing, and it feels great supporting such an awesome company. They also have the BEST customer service, which is just the cherry on top. Cannot recommend this brand enough!!
I've had seborrheic dermititis for nearly 30 years. Thanks to the Malezia owners blog I was able to learn about safe products. Despite this I was still having to use Protopic/Clobetasol once a week. Since using this moisturiser I haven't used either for a month. That hasn't happened for decades. The folliculitis on my chin has cleared up too. Shipping to the UK pushes the price up a bit, but it's worth every penny. I'm delighted.
I had very bad perioral dermatitis which turned into what I believe was fungal acne after being on antibiotics. This moisturizer was legitimately the only thing that made my break outs stop after months of trying different products.
I knew i should try because ive responded really well to azeliac acid before. Wow, ive never had happier or healthier skin. Endomitriosis flares for me often come with acne and breakouts, these products are the only ones that have worked. I tried so many expensive products, if only I tried this first!
