Malezia Hyaluronic Acid Cleanser

I have oily, acne prone skin. Before I discovered FC’s simpleskinscarescience blog, I was approaching skincare all wrong. I was using a stripping acid cleanser every day/night and not moisturising enough, then also using actives on top of that.
I would wake up every single morning with a new spot, that would scar and cause redness.
The blog taught me the importance of keeping it simple and gentle even if you have oily skin.
I now use this gentle cleanser and the urea moisturiser with the BHA (every two days). My skin is hydrated, clear and acne free with no congestion.
I highly recommend this cleanser for all skin types. It’s gentle but refreshing without being stripping. It’s perfect to use if you’re using actives like Benzol Peroxide, BHA/AHAs or retinol. I think it would also work well for dry skin too.
Its unfragranced but has a very slight nature fresh scent which I love.
FA safe cleansers are rare anyway and I have not found any other FA safe cleanser that has such a simple and short ingredient list. This is a very special product.
I appreciate that this brand always offers discount codes. It makes the products affordable even with the international shipping. International shipping to the UK is fast (approx. 10 days for me) but I always make sure to have a back up bottle, as I'd hate to be without this cleanser even for a just over a week!

Let me start by saying my skin usually hates cleansers. Almost every one I've ever tried has led to my skin breaking out. I've been on my skincare journey for 5 years now since I have incredibly volatile skin. I just recently discovered Malezia (I struggled with acne primarily). I was attracted to the company's sustainable packaging and short list of ingredients, so I decided to just take the leap and try them out. I am so glad I did.

So far, my skin's texture has improved tremendously. I am currently using this cleanser every other night (on my retinoid nights) followed by the Malezia moisturizer. I also use their BP cream on my non-retinoid nights. I look forward to seeing how my skin improves with time! Also, a little tip: the cleanser does seem expensive for the amount you get, but I have found that only half a penny's size is more than enough to cleanse the entire face. With this method, it will probably take a few months before the bottle is empty.

Also, Malezia has a great program where you can send them your empties and get one product free. The sustainability aspect of the company is honestly the main reason why I purchased and will continue to purchase. Please do not cave on this aspect as the company grows!

I love the slickery feel of this cleanser and a little goes a long way! It is very gentle and leaves my face feeling clean but not at all tight or dry. I am so glad I found this product!

So I just recently realized I have been using all the wrong products for my face and this regimen is incredible. I just developed acne this past year after getting pregnant and it didn't go away after giving birth like I thought it would. I've never experienced anything close to acne in my life so I had no idea what to look for or how to treat it. I use this on its own and after the cleansing balm/MCT oil when I wore sunscreen or makeup. A tiny amount goes a long way, it's non-irritating, and it's actually fragrance free! Never using anything else again.

Obsessed, from washing my face with a bar this is a glorious experience whilst keeping the ingredients as clean, non toxic, minimal as possible. Absolute must for me is also a recyclable container (hence using a bar prior to discovering this brand). I have told everyone I know about this brand and I know a few friends who have since purchased and loved it too! So glad to see this brand growing so we can have more products. I will be repurchasing this for the rest of my life, at 9 ingredients and an aluminum tube I don't see how anything else could win me over. Only request would be the ability to purchase a refill that has no pump! Regardless I will be in this cult forever.

I love this cleanser. It glides on my skin and leaves my skin soft and not overly dry. No breakouts so far.

I discovered I had fungal acne 3yrs ago and tried just about every FA safe brand. I’ve been using Malezia products for the past year and nothing beats it. Anytime I try something new I always end up returning it and continuing using my Malezia products. I go back and forth from this face wash and the vanicream one but I always come back to malezia. The ingredients are just better and my face suffers whenever I run out. Thank you again Malezia!!!
